The UK food Industry is where I’ve spent over 30 years working – first as a food Microbiologist and later as a Technical Manager for Manor Bakeries, RHM and Premier Foods.

I spent over 15 years in a central role supporting sites to achieve A grade BRC audit results. I’ve used these skills as a lead Auditor for the business at raw material and packaging suppliers.

  • Successful launch for M&S as a new retailer to site and completion of PPC/hygiene audit with silver/silver score.
  • Regular auditing of Raw Materials and packaging supplier sites to ensure compliance to Premier Foods standards and specifications
  • Review and re origination of site Quality Manual ensuring compliance to BRC, Customer and Company Technical Standards.
  • Review and re origination of site HACCP manual, risk assessments, pre requisite programme and plant studies, ensuring the system has a cohesive approach whilst still remaining modular.
