Nance Larkin

FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY CONSULTANT

The UK food Industry is where I’ve spent 29 years working – first as a food Microbiologist and later as a Technical Manager for Manor Bakeries, RHM and Premier Foods.

I spent over 15 years in a central role supporting sites to achieve A grade BRC audit results. I’ve used these skills as a lead Auditor for the business at raw material and packaging suppliers.
